Are the products customizable?
A: We offer limited customization on certain products, such as bulb type or, if available, lampshade shape and color. The cord style and wooden structure are not customizable, as we preserve the natural shape of the wood in all our pieces.
Will the product look exactly like the one in the picture?
A: If you order an item shown on the website and it’s still in stock, that exact piece will be delivered. However, if you order a second piece of the same product, it may vary slightly in shape or detailing. Every item at Her Cozy Crafts is handcrafted using natural wood, so no two pieces are ever identical.
How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery across Pakistan usually takes 7 to 10 business days. In some cases, based on your location or courier conditions, it may take up to 14 business days.
Do I need to pay in advance?
A: Orders above Rs. 25,000 or made-to-order/customized pieces may require a partial advance payment to confirm your order. We’ll inform you clearly during order confirmation if this applies.
Can I return or exchange a product?
A: Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll offer a replacement or partial refund based on the case.
How do I place a custom order?
