While we strive for timely delivery, please understand that handcrafted pieces require care, and timelines may shift slightly based on order volume or logistics.

2. Returns & Replacements
We deliver across Pakistan, with each item carefully packed to protect its unique form.
How we handle payments:
if damaged: Contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We’ll offer a replacement or partial refund based on the case.
Returns are not available for high-value or customized orders after confirmation.

3. Order Confirmation & Payment
Once your order is placed, we will confirm it with you via WhatsApp. Please ensure you enter an active WhatsApp number during checkout.
We do not impose strict advance payment rules for regular orders. However, for larger or custom orders, we may request a partial or full advance to secure your slot. This helps us manage raw materials, scheduling, and packaging for high-value pieces.
How we handle payments:
For orders above Rs. 25,000, a partial (35%) or full advance may be requested before processing
Large or made-to-order requests may also fall under this policy. Advance is only requested to confirm and secure your order.
Our process is flexible and transparent. We’ll always inform you clearly if an advance payment is needed.
