Who we are
Her Cozy Crafts is a Pakistan-based small studio that designs and handcrafts wooden lamps and related home decor. Each piece is made from natural wood, finished by hand, and checked for quality before dispatch. All our items are one of a kind, and some offer simple choices like lampshade color or bulb type. Handmade uniqueness
Each piece is one of a kind. Natural variation in grain, color, knots, and small size differences is normal and not a defect. Photos are for reference.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in PKR unless stated. We accept an order when we confirm by WhatsApp or email. We may cancel and refund if a product is unavailable, fails quality checks, or there is a pricing or payment issue.
Payments and advances
Payments are processed by trusted partners. We do not store card details. Some orders may require an advance. See Shipping and Returns for current thresholds.
Shipping and returns
Delivery timelines, damage steps, return rules, and refunds are described on our Shipping and Returns page. That policy is part of these Terms.
Transit damage guarantee
If your parcel arrives damaged before you open it, we take responsibility. Contact us within 48 hours with clear unboxing photos or a short video. We will offer a replacement or a partial, or a full refund based on your preference and stock availability.
Safety and care
Use only the stated bulb type and wattage. Indoor use unless we say otherwise. Do not leave lamps on unattended. Keep rope or jute wrapped cables away from pulling, twisting, and moisture
Warranty
30-day limited warranty for manufacturing defects only. Misuse, accidents, alterations, and normal wear are not covered.
User content
If you tag us or share photos or reviews, you allow us to repost with credit. Tell us if you want us to stop, and we will remove it going forward.
Intellectual property
All photos, text, designs, and logos are owned by Her Cozy Crafts. Do not reuse without written permission.
Third parties
We use couriers, payment gateways, hosting, email, and social platforms. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
Pakistan law applies. The venue is Abbottabad, Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The latest version and date will appear here.
